     I've been with Reliable Host since last 4 months or so and so far far, I'm thrilled! Radic has been great in terms of support - almost instant in day time. Speed is great too. Already we have 3 of our clients moved to ReliableSite and they are happy too!

  • ReliableSite is Now Selling SSL Certificates for Cheap!!!

     I was amazed to come to the ReliableSite's web site and find that they're selling SSL certificates for UNDER $20! That's amazing compared to the cheapest place I've seen for SSL Certs is GoDaddy at $10 more. They have a wide variety of certificates from RapidSSL, GeoTrust, and SBS.     I've read several threads saying they've not been getting the best support of late.  I'm here to post a positive review on the support that I've been getting over the past several days.  I've had two separate issues with my hosting... (needing password protected directories added to my account and problems with an access database).

    Being that I'm on clustered hosting, this was causing issues with both of my issues.  The support staff here worked on it from their end and were able to add password protected directories to my account when initially it looked grim.  For that, I'm really happy about.

    After that was solved, we then continued to work with my access database until we decided to move over to MS SQL.  I was suggested a program to use and that I'd have no issues once my data was migrated over.  Now I'm here to report that everything is up and running and all my tickets have been closed.

    There was a period last month when the support lagged, but that was simply due to the new equipment... support here has been stellar if everyone can be a little more patient with the transition.

    Also don't base your opinion of support solely on what you see in this forum as people are often much quicker to post when they're frustrated than when they're happy.  If everything is going great, then they have no problems and won't be coming to support.

    Anyways, thanks again for all the support!

     A full review of the services offered in detail after 6 months of experience with the hosting provider. Each category is rated out of 10 points.

    Server speed - 10/10 - They have exceptional servers, when I moved my site from GoDaddy I experienced a very noticable increase in site load time. I am very impressed and it has been maintained this way for a while.

    Value 10/10 - I currently pay $8/mo with the package and additional features. For that amount of money you can't ask for much because it's basement bargain pricing.

    Support 8/10 - The response times are ok, but everything gets resolved in a few responses as the staff is very knowledgable.

    Uptime 9/10 - I did see they had outtages, but I wasn't effected in anyway. My site is up, I think I've only had 1 small outtage in the past.

    I just wanted to leave a testimonial here to all the people looking for a great host at a more than fair price.  I have been here for probably a year or so and I my experience has been awesome.  Incredible customer support.  They can be reached in a number of ways and respond very quickly to help you.

    I have 4 domains hosted here and they are all quick and working all the time.

    Never a problem with uptime.
    Never a problem with support.

    Awesome.

    For the last months, I was searching for a good web host. I went to so many companies and it was always really depressing that they weren't any good web hosting companies around. When I found RS.Net, their website got me into signing an account. Now, iv'e been a customer for more then 3 months now, their support is really the fastest I ever had and I never experienced anything "frustrating" with RS.net. I'm currently developping a new website and you can be sure it will be hosted @ RS.net!

    I've been through about 4 other low price ASP .NET hosting companies over the last 3 years or so...none even come close to the value and service that ReliableSite.net offers.

    It is so refreshing to be able to IM Radic or other staff members and get truly instant support.  Most other hosting companies have only paid lip-service to "online chat" support...it was never active!

    And now to have Windows Server 2008 and the new control panel where I can backup my own databases, zip and unzip files...it just got even better!

    I have been a customer with reliablesite.net for over 6 months now.  They have exceeded my expectations in all areas of hosting.  I don't think I have ever had any downtime.  Ever questions or ticket I have submitted has been answered almost immediately.  I highly recommend!

    I went through a time where I would be switching hosting companies on a monthly basis, trying to find the right one for me. It has now been over a year that I have been with Reliablesite and I plan on staying with them as long as I develop websites.

    The support I have received has been incredible. They have gone from installing scripts, to troubleshooting database/coding problems for me which had absolutely nothing to do with them. That's a clear demonstration that they are willing to go that extra mile to help a customer and its really something that you won't find anywhere else. All my support needs have always been handled in a timely and efficient manner.

    I also have not experienced any major downtime. In the year that I have been with Reliablesite, my site has maybe gone down 2 or 3 times and it was for a very short period of time. Even once when one of my sites was defaced/hacked, they were able to help me restore my site back to normal.

    Reliablesite has been the best hosting company I have ever had. Thank you Reliablesite, for all your hard work and dedication to your customers!

    Well, I been with reliablesite for almost 4 months now, and I must say I'm very happy that I made the choice to use reliablesite. There has been very few problems and the ones I've had has been taking care of fast. The support is very fast and I'm impressed with the instant messaging support (although I haven't seen it online for some time now?).

    The migration could be planned better however, I received the mail after the migration actually had happened, so that was not so good. Beside that I'm very happy with the support, uptime and speed.

    I host a couple Community Server sites here and would highly recommend anyone looking for hosting to SERIOUSLY consider reliablesite. I was a bit wary at first because they do not list a phone number but the support provided here is second to none. I had previously tried hosting with another company and it took them a week to fix anything regardless if you called or emailed, here you submit a ticket and things are usually done within an hour.

    If you need a large database for your site, top notch support and great pricing then this is the place.

    I have been hosting with these guys for about 4 months now. I must say they are very quick when it comes to customer support and always ready to help. This is the most reliable and cheapest reseller host i found offering both ASP and PHP. Keep up the good work you guys at reliablesite.net and keep making customers happy.

    If you're a software developer and are looking for somewhere to host your domains, you can stop looking.  Seriously. I've been using ReliableSite.net for quite some time and am very pleased.

    • The Helm control panel is easy to use and allows a single point of management for all of my domains
    • The ability to remotely connect to my SQL Server databases was a HUGE selling point for me.  I am able to connect to my hosted databases via SQL Management Studio just as if it were running on my local machine.  I also develop applications that use those remotely-hosted databases.
    • ReliableSite also has staff with IM running and they're always been responsive in helping me ON THE SPOT.  None of this, "we'll get back to you within 3 business days" routine.

    Overall, I highly recommend their hosting services.

    This hosting company is superb.  After sometime with ReliableSite I can absolutely say that I have never had support like this at any of the other major hosting companies I have worked with.  They truly go above and beyond.

    Price wise, I could not find what I am getting anywhere else, plus they never oversell, or charge you for going over allowances.  Who does that?!

    I have 20 domains with them and still growing...

    Honestly, there are some features, like having to contact support to increase mailbox sizes that are a tad inconvienent.  However, everytime I come across a seemingly downside to hosting here, I ask support about their reasoning and I get an indepth explanation of why that specific greivance I may have actually helps them improve security, uptime, or the speed of the servers.

    I really cannot say how much support I have gotten from ReliableSite, for things that otehr hosting companies would have laughed at me for asking.  From my experience, you cannot go wrong.
